Terms & Conditions: Covid Related Restrictions/Cancellations

Book your event with us and if COVID restrictions require our venue to be closed at the time of your event, then a full refund will be issued. If COVID restrictions allow only certain group sizes in our venue at once and your event is impacted then a full refund will also be issued. E.g. If you book for 20 and the restriction only allows 10 then this entitles you to a full refund.

What's the deal with parties and functions during COVID-19? 

COVID-19 restrictions are still in play for some of Australia.

We want to make sure we can help you celebrate no matter where you are, so to make it easy to understand, we've broken it down for you.

Can I do a deposit payment?

Yes! Our payment screen defaults to a 50% deposit payment for your function.
The final payment must be made 7 business days prior to your party. Someone from our functions team will be in touch to finalise your booking and make final payment.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

In most cases, yes! Just give us at least 48 hours notice for our kitchen to arrange an alternative. Call us on 1300 STRIKE (1300 787 453) and select option 1.

Can I get a refund for no-shows?

Unfortunately we don't offer refunds but we can give you some free passes to come and enjoy Strike another time!

What does the beverage package include?

House tap beer, domestic bottled beer, house wine, cider, soft drink, mineral water and juice.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made via bank transfer, invoice, debit and Credit and cash in-venue.

Can I postpone an event?

Absolutely! We just need a minimum of 7 business days notice. Please contact the functions team on 1300 787 453.

What if I'm on a budget?

Don't worry, we can tailor a package to suit your budget! Just give our functions team a call on 1300 787 453.
