Activity Rules

Remember these rules while letting your hair down:

BOWLING

- Do not step over or proceed past the foul line at any time. (That’s the massive black line at the start of the lane if you didn’t know)

- Do not bowl more than one ball down the lane at any time. Only one guest bowling at a time.

- We offer our Strike Bowling shoes as part of the experience. To ensure you look good on the lanes and to assist with your bowling action. (Stilettos look hot but not practical). Guests can wear their own footwear so long as they are deemed safe and appropriate. (Closed toe and flat soled e.g. trainers, sneakers, boat shoe).

- Strike bowling shoes must not be worn outside. (This is technically stealing)

- Do not place your hands inside the ball return (unless you have fully insured them beforehand)

- We allow 6 people per lane. For groups more than 6 we can split across multiple adjacent lanes.

- Any lane faults must be reported to reception. (Just because your mother says you're technical doesn’t mean it’s true)

- While a fault is being attended to, no balls are to be sent down the lane.

- For the safety of all guests, any lane misuse will result in games being immediately suspended.

LASER TAG

- We recommend all personal belongings such as keys, wallets, phones etc are left outside of the arena. We suggest using one of the lockers.

- No running, climbing on or touching props.

- Stay within the boundaries of the arena.

- The phaser should not be used to hit, push or harm another guest or props.

- Misuse may result in the deactivation of your laser vest and being removed from the game.

- No Food or drink can be taken in the arena or armoury.

- We generally suggest players be over the age of 5 to play, however even older as our laser tag arenas can be a bit dark and sometimes scary for the little ones. Players also need to be capable of wearing a 2.5kg laser tag pack.

DARTS

- A credit card MUST be provided and held for the duration the Oche is held to cover incidentals (darts, props, equipment). The term Oche (pronounced Or-ki) is defined as the line behind which darts players stand when throwing.

- One player throwing at a time, and one dart at a time.

- Darts are to be thrown at the dart board only, please be mindful of the sharp end of darts.

- Collect your own darts once finished your turn and hand over to the next player.

- No persons, beverages or items past the foul line

- Do not throw the darts too hard at the board, it will bounce back.

KARAOKE

- A credit card MUST be provided and held for the duration of the karaoke experience to cover incidentals (props, equipment).

- We accept no responsibility for any personal property that is brought to the venue.

ESCAPE ROOMS

- No phones or similar electronic devices are allowed inside the room. These will be safely locked away while you’re playing. Google does not know the answers so will just distract you and we also dont want images online spoiling the experience for other guests.

- You may take other items such as keys and wallets inside the room. But we recommend locking them away as well as they will not help you and may distract you.

- Unfortunately, no Alcohol or other drinks are to be taken into the room.

- You will find a blue or green illuminated button in each room. These are not part of the game. In the event that you need to leave the room, press this button and it will unlock the door to escape. Be aware that improper use of these buttons will ruin your game experience.

- There are no clues above shoulder height. Please don’t climb up objects or unscrew light bulbs or play with the fire sprinklers or the cameras.

- Don’t try and force anything open - 2 fingers of force is all that is required. There are some delicate puzzles inside the room. Everything that is supposed to move, will do so freely.

- Everything that you find in the room, needs to stay inside the room. The Game Master will get you to leave everything for the game in the game at the end of your challenge. They will also do a quick reset of the room in case things have accidentally ended up in your pockets.

- Please notify the Game Master about any medical background concerning Epilepsy, Colour Blindness, or Cardiovascular conditions, as the rooms might contain flashing lights, jump scares, triggering content, and/or puzzles that require you to perceive colors.

- Please read the information relating to each escape room carefully before booking. Most of our escape rooms have an age limit of 15+ due to adult themes. However, for rooms like Jailbreak or Moonshot, we do allow children who are aged 8+ with adult supervision.
