What size groups can you host?

We can host groups as small as the classroom or as large as the year level!

Reach out and we'll discuss the best type of booking for your group.

Where is the best place to arrange drop offs and pick ups?

While most of our venues don't offer private parking, we would love to help you out with the best parking locations for pick up and drop off. Please reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.

Do you facilitate school sport programs?

Looking for a fun, engaging activity for the sport term? Look no further!

We offer great sport programs for all schools!

What payment methods do you offer for groups?

For all group events/bookings held on a Monday-Friday between opening and 3:30pm (booking activities only), we do not require up front payment.

The venue will confirm your attendance on the day and our programs coordinator will send out an invoice after the event!

If you book activities with food we will require a 50% deposit based on your maximum numbers, and will invoice the remaining amount after the event.

When should we plan to arrive for our booking?

We require the kids to arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to the arranged start time to check them in and get them ready to go!

What is the supervisor to student ratio?

We will have one staff member there on the day to ensure the day will go smoothly. The number of additional supervisors is at the discretion of the school/vacation care group.
